OFAuthEnd User Account Linking Agreement (OFAuth)
This agreement applies to end users who link or log in with their OnlyFans account via an OFAuth login or linking form on a third-party application or website ("Client Platform"). It is separate from and in addition to OFAuth's Terms and Conditions for Service. By proceeding with linking or login, you agree to the following.
1. Eligibility and Identity
You must be the rightful owner and authorized user of the linked OnlyFans account.
You confirm you meet all legal age and eligibility requirements for your jurisdiction and the Client Platform. Linking accounts you do not own or control is prohibited.
2. Consent and Authorization
By initiating linking or login, you provide informed, revocable consent for the Client Platform to verify your account and receive information necessary to provide its features, as described by the Client Platform. You may withdraw consent and unlink at any time as described below.
3. Acceptable Use
Account linking and login may be used to verify ownership or eligibility, grant or restrict access to features you explicitly authorize, and manage your ongoing consent. Use linking only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with the Client Platform's policies.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- a) Link, attempt to link, or maintain a link to an account you do not own or control.
- b) Share, sell, loan, or otherwise disclose credentials, tokens, or access.
- c) Use bots, automation, scraping, or other means to bypass technical controls, consent flows, or rate limits.
- d) Misrepresent identity or manipulate verification outcomes.
- e) Use OFAuth to harass, abuse, defraud, violate rights, or engage in illegal or prohibited content or conduct.
5. Security Responsibilities
Secure your devices, sessions, and any codes or tokens involved in linking. If you suspect unauthorized linking or activity, promptly unlink and notify the Client Platform. OFAuth may invalidate sessions or tokens to protect users and the Service.
6. Privacy and Data Handling
OFAuth processes the minimum information required for secure linking and verification. OFAuth does not require your OnlyFans password and does not sell personal data. 7. Revocation and Unlinking
You may revoke consent and unlink at any time via the Client Platform's settings or an unlink mechanism provided by OFAuth or the Client Platform. Unlinking may disable features that depend on the link. Certain records (e.g., audit logs) may be retained as required by law or for security, fraud prevention, and compliance.
8. Enforcement and Consequences
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, invalidation of sessions or tokens, and notification to affected Client Platforms and relevant service providers. Where appropriate, OFAuth may report violations to applicable platforms or authorities.
9. Reporting Abuse
If you believe your account was linked without authorization or observe suspicious activity, unlink immediately and notify the Client Platform. You may also contact OFAuth via available support channels to report abuse.
10. Changes to this Agreement
OFAuth may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of account linking following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Acknowledgment
By proceeding with OFAuth linking or login, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement and that your use complies with these terms and all applicable laws and platform policies.
